Attorney Tiffany Bostinelos earned her Juris Doctor as well as Masters in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, CA, in May 2015. During her time at Pepperdine, she served as the Executive Editor of the Pepperdine Dispute Resolution Law Journal and actively participated in the Moriarity First Year Moot Court Competition. Tiffany was also a student mentor and a member of Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity, the Women’s Legal Association, the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, and the Trial Practice team. She published an article titled "A Happier Ending For Everyone: Resolving Adoption Disputes Between Putative Fathers and Adoptive Parents Through Clinical Mediation" in the Pepperdine Dispute Resolution Law Journal.
Tiffany completed her undergraduate studies at California State University, Fullerton, graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Political Science in May 2012. She was honored with memberships in the Golden Key International Honor Society, The National Society of Collegiate Scholars, and the Order of Omega Honor Society, while consistently making the Dean’s List for seven semesters. As Vice President of Gamma Phi Beta International Sorority, Tiffany also enriched her academic experience by studying abroad at Sorbonne University in Paris, France, in 2011.
She has represented clients through all stages of their Family Law cases, from initial filing through judgment. Throughout her career, Tiffany has gained diverse legal experience, including a clerkship at the Family Law and Mediation Offices of Maureen Stubbs, volunteering as a mediator for the Los Angeles Superior Court, and working as a judicial extern for the Honorable James J. Di Cesare at the Superior Court of California, County of Orange.
Tiffany excels in all aspects of her representation in Marital Dissolution, Child Custody, Property Division and Support matters.
Additionally, Tiffany is affiliated with the American Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association, Family Law Division. She actively volunteers with organizations such as Laura’s House and the Christian Legal Aid of Los Angeles Clinic. In her personal time, Tiffany enjoys yoga, urban hiking, and traveling.
