Mr. Moran earned his B.A. in Philosophy with a Spanish minor from UCLA, followed by a J.D. from Southwestern School of Law. He later obtained a Business Law Certificate from USC Gould School of Law and is a Ph.D. candidate at the European Graduate School (ABD). Since joining the State Bar of California in 2015, Mr. Moran has been a zealous advocate, earning accolades such as the Wiley W. Manuel Certificate for Pro Bono Legal Services and the Chancellor’s Blue and Gold Scholarship. His public speaking skills earned him the 10th Place Speaker Award among 1,000+ participants.

Committed to education, he taught at the People's College of Law in Los Angeles and was a San Fernando Valley Bar Association Family Law Public Interest Fellow. He also served as President of the International Law Society and Treasurer of the Los Angeles Public Interest Law Journal.

A strong advocate for fathers’ rights, Mr. Moran volunteered at the Inglewood Courthouse’s Self-Help Center and coached debate for the Los Angeles Urban Debate League and Alta Loma School District. He also studied Spanish fluency at the University of Belgrano in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
