Family Law

Xinia L. Guerra delivers experienced legal representation while providing the knowledge and compassion clients deserve.

Prior to working at Holstrom, Block and Parke, Xinia managed to absorb everything she could regarding a wide variety of Family Law cases. Whether it’s divorce and separation, child custody, or guardianships, she’s not afraid of new challenges… in fact, she welcomes them. Xinia’s experience also includes unlawful detainers, bankruptcy cases, criminal cases/DUIs, and more. This storied background helped to mold the caring, professional, selfless attorney she is today.

In Family Law, clients are often confronted with some of the toughest decisions and the most complex situations they’ve ever had to face. As a mother of two young children, Xinia prides herself on bringing real-world understanding to her clients’ circumstances. Enlisting a strong, knowledgeable, compassionate attorney with the heart of a teacher is paramount.

While attending Thomas Jefferson School of Law, she was involved in Phi Alpha Delta and La Raza Student’s Association, which included a mentoring program chair position. Her involvement in various programs and activities didn’t stop her from achieving the Honor Roll for academic excellence either. Xinia holds a bachelor’s degree in political science with emphasis in law and society from the University of California, Riverside. During her time at UCR, she was able to study abroad in Madrid, Spain in a full-immersion program. She has also taken a minor’s counsel training course, which detailed and highlighted the responsibilities and duties that system entails.

Xinia is a fluent Spanish speaker and is a member of the Riverside County Bar Association and Leo A. Deegan American Inn of Court. She has been recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers for 2023 and 2024. Her insatiable desire for continued learning sets her apart from many others.
