Family Law
Taylor Goldschmidt is dedicated, thorough, and empathetic. She prides herself in helping her clients navigate the complicated legal process in order to obtain the best possible outcome. Ensuring that her clients are heard, and that their expectations are exceeded are Taylor’s top priorities.
Originally a Colorado native, Taylor received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado, Boulder. She then went on to receive her Juris Doctor degree from Florida International University where she was awarded Dean’s List honors multiple times while simultaneously volunteering as a Guardian Ad Litem, participating as a Moot Court team competitor, serving as a Teaching Assistant, and acting as a founding member of the Mindfulness Association. After graduation, Taylor moved to one of her favorite places, San Diego, and passed the California Bar Exam on her first attempt in January of 2021.
Taylor’s passion for serving others led her straight into family law. She has experience helping clients in contentious family law matters involving dissolution of marriage, child custody, child and spousal support, division of assets and debts, and pre and post nuptial agreements. A natural competitor and lifelong soccer player, Taylor is always up for a challenge. She works tirelessly to ensure her clients are protected.
Outside of the office, Taylor spends time outside with her beloved golden retriever, enjoys trying out new restaurants with friends, and is an avid sports fan – cheering for all teams Colorado.
